Is Breeze free?

Breeze is available to download for free on the App Store and Play Store.

Is Breeze available globally?

Breeze is currently only available in the United States. We do however intend to expand further and make the app available across continents, so stay tuned for further updates on our social media profiles!

I am unable to log into my account. What should I do?

In case of any technical issues you may have on your app, email info@breezetravelapp.com with relevant screenshots wherever applicable.

Who should I contact for payment and transaction issues (such as being incorrectly charged, checking acceptable payment modes, incomplete transactions, and so on)?

All payment-related activity (including accepted payment modes, transaction activity, receipts, and transaction-related issues) is handled directly by either Google (if you are on an Android device), Apple (if you are on an iOS device), or by our third-party payment gateway. Please write to us at info@breezetravelapp.com with specific details about your issue and we will either directly assist you to resolve your issue, or point you to the relevant resource for the same.

Some features of Breeze are not working as intended on my app. How can I report this?

If you encounter any technical issues on your app, please contact info@breezetravelapp.com with information details about the operating system and the device that you used the app from, with relevant screenshots wherever applicable.

How can I delete my account?

You can log out, temporarily deactivate, or permanently delete your Breeze profile from the My Account section on the app.

How do I report a profile?

To report a specific profile, go to the profile you want to report, click the Options icon (three dots) on the top right of the profile, and select the “Block” or “Report” option.

When can I report a profile on Breeze?

We recommend reporting profiles if:

  • They are pretending to be you
  • They are pretending to be someone else
  • They suggest or express harmful tendencies (towards self or otherwise)
  • They use the features of the app to harass, threaten, or impersonate you or someone else
  • If they violate any of Breeze’s Community Guidelines
I think my Breeze account has been compromised. What should I do?

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, such as reviews that you haven’t uploaded, please follow the steps below:

  1. If you use your email and password to log in to Breeze, change the password to your Breeze account and your email address immediately.
  2. If you have linked any other accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn) to your Breeze account, check for suspicious activity on those profiles, change your passwords, and contact the respective help centers immediately.
  3. Your phone number can not be used to log in to Breeze by someone else without access to your phone, as we use an SMS-based two-step authentication process for the same. Please do not share your one-time passwords with anyone.

For further assistance, send us a mail describing your situation in as much detail as possible so that we can get you the help you need right away. (While sending us an email, attach screenshots of your app wherever possible. This helps us assess the situation and take the necessary measures as early as we can.)

How can I create a Breeze account?

Download the latest version of our app from the Playstore (if you have an Android device) or from the App Store (if you have an iOS device). Once you launch the app, you can create a profile using your phone number. Once your account is created, the app will walk you through the subsequent steps to customize your profile and update your information.

Can I list my home or apartment on Breeze?

You can list almost any property on Breeze. From a quick, affordable option to an activity-filled luxury space, you will always find a guest. However, it is best to be as transparent and detailed about what your property can offer, as it helps set expectations for guests

Can I choose when I want to host?

If you don’t want to host perennially, that’s okay too! You can either block out your booking calendar accordingly, temporarily delist from the Breeze app, or write to us and we will manage your profile accordingly.

What should I know before listing my property?

We would highly recommend reading, researching, and understanding all laws pertaining to your property in your city, state, or region. These include taxes, subletting laws, business licensing, zoning rules, special permits, building and housing standards and regulations, administrative codes, and other local laws.

Are there any essential amenities I should provide on my property?

Providing basic items and services will make a massive difference to your guests’ stay and comfort. We would encourage you to offer towels, hand and body soaps, toilet paper, linens, and pillows. Additionally, you can also offer WiFi internet, air conditioning, and power backup.

How do I qualify to be an Influencer?

If you are an active contributor on any social media or video platform, apply on our Influencer onboarding page by filling out our form. After reviewing your profile, we will get in touch with you.

What happens next?

Once you sign up as an influencer, you will get exclusive access to an Influencer dashboard that will allow you to interact with the hosts of the properties you plan on reviewing, with reporting, analytics, and insights about your Breeze posts that tell you the difference you’re making on our platform.

How will I be compensated?

Apart from receiving a percentage commission for every booking made through your posts, you can also negotiate deals, receive discounted accommodations and/or travel options, and access a wide range of properties on Breeze.

Does Breeze have exclusive contracts?

No. We believe that influencers should have the freedom to work with any agency that they wish to and have the full right to their own accounts.
